以市场营销观念促进高校后勤人本服务的落实

摘要 教育不仅是一种管理活动,也是一种消费,大学生不仅是受教育者也是消费者。高校后勤服务工作者必须在"科学发展观"思想的指引下,坚持"服务育人"的宗旨,用市场营销的理念经营后勤服务,树立后勤服务品牌,服务、管理、育人、效益四不误,使后勤服务为促进民主法治、安全和谐校园建设作贡献。 Because education is not only a kind of administration activity, but also a kind of consumption one, and undergraduate is not only an educatee, but also a consumer, the logistic service personnel of the university must manage their work under the guide of thought of "scientific developing", the principle of "service and teaching", and the idea of market business, so as to build service brand and make service, administration, teaching and profit combined effectually. Thus, the logistic service area will become students' warm and comfortable home, ladder of entering society, practicing community about their independence, completing and creating, and can also promote the campus construction of democracy, law, security, and harmoniousness.
