人力资源是企业最重要的资源,电力高职院校是电力企业人力资源配置的重要渠道。试对如何实现电力高职院校人才培养与电力企业需求的有效对接进行初步探索,并提出相应的对策。

Human resource is the most important resourceof a company;meanwhile,electric power vocational institutions are main sourse of human resource allocation in electric power corporations.This paper probes into how to make talents training in electric power vocational institutions meet the corporations＇ needs and requirements,and proposes countermeasures.
