A Skill Competition is not only encourage students to greatly enhance their professional capacity,but also play a very active role in student employment.This paper discusses the school must make great effort to establish a system and a platform of competition by institution construction and capital investment for students to participate in,and must create a real working enviornment to train the stong consciousness of students＇ creativity and enterprising spirit.
