Farmers＇ enthusiasm on the work has much to do with their interests and the interests are in proportionate to enthusiasm.The reform concerning the issues of ＂agriculture,farmers and rural areas＂ involves the vital interests of farmers,and only by creating benefits for them can it fully mobilize their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.
