Dynamic Mechanism of Planning Urban and Rural Tourist Trial Areas: Taking Bishan for Example

城乡统筹实验区的建立对解决城乡二元问题具有极大的指导意义,而作为旅游统筹实验区则是落实城乡统筹政策的重要途径。在提出城乡统筹旅游实验区概念的基础上,分析了璧山建立城乡旅游实验区的可行性,并探讨了建立城乡统筹旅游实验区的动力机制。

Setting trial areas of the planning for urban and rural areas has great significance for the solution to duality of urban and rural areas,so building tourist trial areas is an important means to implement the policies.Based on putting forward the concept of tourist trial areas of planning for urban and rural areas,this paper analyzes the necessity and the possibility of building tourist trial areas of planning for urban and rural areas by taking Bishan for example and explore the dynamic mechanism of developing tourist trial areas.
