基于中国近30年来实行对外开放政策促进经济和社会极大发展的成功实践,对国内广为流行的内因决定论作了全面的批评分析,并进而提出环境决定论,认为事物都是一定环境的产物,事物的物质成分和能量都来自其赖以形成、存在和发展的环境,因此,事物的发展变化归根到底都是周围环境因素作用的结果。

With China＇s successful practice of greatly promoting its economy and society development by carrying out opening-outside-policy in recent 30 years as the base,the paper carried out a overall criticize on the traditional Internal-causes-determining-theory,then put forward that the theory of Internal-causes-determining should be displaced by a new philosophy theory of Environment-determining,which think that every one thing must be some product from some environment,thus all the material component and energy within it must be come from the environment,so all the change and development of the thing,in the final analysis,are just the result of its environment working.
