摘要
本文介绍一种以廉价的高岭土为原料来制备高效聚合絮凝剂的方法,并利用该新型无机高分子絮凝剂——聚合硅酸铝对废水进行混凝处理,来研究絮凝剂在水处理方面的应用。该絮凝剂具有吸附架桥作用,制备工艺简单,絮凝效果好,价格便宜,处理后水中残余的铝含量低,能生成高密度的絮凝物,沉降迅速,对设备腐蚀性小。经过实验研究,优选出了合理工艺条件,确定了絮凝剂制备过程中的主要影响因素和絮凝剂处理废水过程中的主要影响因素。
This thesis introduces a method which is used for preparing a highly-effective composite floeculant by use of kaoline as raw materials and then uses this new type inorganic high polymer flocculant poly-aluminosilicate to deal with wastewater, and by this way, study to apply this flocculant to dispose wastewater. This flocculant has many advantages: it is adsorpted well and cheap; the preparing technology of the flocculant is simple; after the extraction, the amount of aluminum is low; it can generate high-density flocs which fall quickly; it has little corrosion to equipment and so on. On the basis of numerous experimental researches, the optimal producing process has been selected, and the main functioning factors in making this kind of flocculant and disposing the wastewater by using the flocculant are confirmed.
