高职院校会计专业“双师型”教师队伍建设探讨

Vocational Colleges Accounting Professional "Double-qualified" Teachers to Explore the Building

高职院校工学结合人才培养模式的提出,对师资队伍的建设提出了更高要求,各院校都以不同形式建设自身"双师型"师资队伍以保障其人才培养质量。本文就高职院校会计专业"双师型"师资队伍建设提出了一些看法和建议。

Vocational Colleges Engineering combined with the accounting profession training model proposed, the building of the teachers put forward higher requirements, major vocational institutions have a different form of building their own ＂ Double qualified ＂ teachers in order to protect their the quality of personnel training. In this paper, the accounting profession on the Higher Vocational College ＂ Double-qualified ＂ Teachers made a number of rationalization proposals.
