摘要
针对煤矿通风系统的非线性、强耦合、多干扰等特性,设计了一种模糊预测控制器来实现对风机的变频调速,使矿井内风压保持恒定。该控制器的设计在动态矩阵控制的基础上将模糊控制和预测控制相结合,先利用T-S模糊模型预测系统输出,再利用模糊推理修正模糊模型的预测输出,最终使控制器的输出满足系统要求。最后对系统进行仿真,结果表明:所设计的控制器具有较好的稳态精度和动态特性,有效改善了矿井内风压的控制性能。
According to the characteristics of nonlinearity, strong coupling, multi disturbance of the mine ventilation system, a kind of fuzzy predictive controller is designed to realize the variable frequency speed regulation of fans in order to keep constant wind pressure in mines. This controller combines fuzzy control with predictive control based on dynamic matrix control. The actual output of the system is predicted by using T-S fuzzy model and modified by fuzzy inference to accord with the requirement of the system. The results from simulation of the controller show that the controller has better steady state accuracy and dynamic characteristics and can effectively improve the control performance of wind pressure in mines.
