摘要 双丝间接电弧气体保护焊是一种新的焊接工艺。介绍了使间接电弧双丝焊送丝速度与其熔化速度相等的送丝机构,主要研究了焊丝伸出长度、两焊丝交点与工件间的距离以及焊接速度等对焊缝成形及其焊接电流、电弧电压的影响。结果表明,随着焊丝伸出长度的增加,焊接电流减小;随两焊丝交点与工件间距离的增加,焊接电流增大,焊缝宽度减小,熔合比降低;随焊速的增加,焊缝宽度减小,熔深减小,熔合比降低。 The twin wire indirect arc gas-shielded welding is a new welding technology. The wire feeder that makes the twin-wire's feed rate equal to each melting speed is introduced in the paper. This paper mainly studies the influences of the length of wire extension, the distance between the intersecting point of welding wires and the surface of the workpiece, and the welding speed on the formation of welded seam, the welding current and arc voltage. The results show that with the increase of the length of wire extension, the welding current decreases; and with the increase of the distance between the intersecting point of welding wires and the surface of the workpiece, the welding current increases, the width of welding seam decreases and the fusion ratio reduces; with the raise of welding speed, the width of welding seam decreases, the melting depth decreases and the fusion ratio reduces.
