摘要
分析了利用粉煤灰制备微晶玻璃制品的意义,介绍了粉煤灰制备基础玻璃的原理、工艺和技术。利用DTA、XRD、金相分析等测试手段,研究了微晶玻璃的组织结构,实验结果表明合适的晶化处理工艺能够实现在多相复杂体系中制备出晶粒分布均匀、结构致密的微晶玻璃。
This paper presents the significance of the glass-ceramics products prepared with fly-ash and introduces the principle, technology and techniques for preparing the basic glass with fly-ash. The glass-ceramics structure was investigated by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and metallographic analysis respectively. The results show that the preparation of glass-ceramics products with uniform crystal distribution and compact structure can be realized by the right crystallization treatment in multiphase complex system.
