综合利用雨洪资源 促进沧州农业发展

Comprehensively Utilizing the Rainwater Resources to Promote Agricultural Development in Cangzhou

沧州是我国水资源严重短缺的地区之一,水资源的不合理利用,加剧了本地的水资源危机。文中针对沧州的现状,通过水文资料的分析估算了沧州地区的雨洪资源量,并调查分析了沧州地区的工程拦蓄能力,探讨了综合利用雨洪资源促进农业发展的措施。

Cangzhou is one of the regions which are lack of water resources seriously.The unreasonable utilization of water increases the local crisis of water resources.According to the present situation in Cangzhou,analyzing the water conservancy data,the paper estimates the amount of rainwater resources in Cangzhou region,investigates the engineering interception ability of Cangzhou,and discusses the measures of comprehensively utilizing the rainwater resources to promote agricultural development.
