Study on Workflow based Government Application Integration Framework

在讨论工作流定义、工作流管理系统的组成和应用的基础上,分析了其在政务应用集成中的应用优势,建立了一个基于工作流的政务应用集成框架。这种基于工作流的政务应用集成框架既能有效实现政务系统之间跨越时空、地域和部门的信息集成,又能在人和应用间实现有效协同,最终实现系统的全局优化发展,为政务流程再造(GPR)服务。

This paper discusses the definition of workflow and the composing and application of workflow management system , The application advantages of workflow in GAI are researched , then a framework of workflow based government application integration is presented. This kind of workflow based integration mode can not only effectively realize information integration across space time and organizational units , but also realize effective cooperation between government staff and application system, and accordingly achieves optimization development of the whole system, service for Government Process Reengineering（GPR）.
