安徽省属本科院校资源利用效率评价——基于DEA方法的实证分析

Evaluation on Resources Utilization Efficiency of Anhui Provincial Universities of Undergraduate Course——Positive Analysis Based on DEA Technique

通过收集和整理安徽省属本科院校近年来在办学过程中投入和产出的具体数据,运用数据包络分析方法和模型获得高校在办学资源利用上的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。分析表明,27所省属高校资源利用水平总体较高,但仍有较大的效率提升空间,并给出量化改进意见。

This paper, through collection and sort-out of specific input and output data in the process of running Anhui provincial universities of undergraduate course in the recent years, obtains technical efficiency, net technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the matter of utilization of university running resources using data envelopment analysis（DEA） technique and model. The analysis result shows that the resources utilization level of 27 provincial universities is quite high, but it still remains a big room of efficiency improvement, the comments of quantitative improvement are also given in this paper.
