摘要
利用ANSYS实现了粗线经悬架弹簧的建模,并模拟分析了弹簧在压缩过程几何形状的变化、应力分布状态、力和刚度的变化规律,并以优化后的弹簧三维模型为基础制作了工装模具,使产品试制取得了一次成功,节省了试制周期和试制费用。弹簧的实测结果也和CAE分析结果相当吻合,证明了通过ANSYS建模分析并以此为基础进行悬架弹簧试制的可行性。
ANSYS is used to model and analyse the big wire diameter suspension spring. The spring coils deformation and stress distribution, spring load and rate curved are also simulated by CAE software. The die and mold is manufactured by the spring 3D model given out by ANSYS analysis, and spring is successfully manufactured based the die and mold. The experiment data can completely match with the analysis result. The lead time to make spring prototype can be shorten dramatically.
