电子束熔覆工艺装备数控系统的研究

Electron- beam Cladding Technology Equipment’s Research and Development of Numerical Control System

为满足电子束熔覆工艺装备加工的要求,而开发一套专用数控系统。该系统依托工控机,运动控制板卡发送数控指令,完成对交流伺服系统的控制;并且利用工业摄像机实现视频监控,使真空室内可视化,节省了加工时间,提高加工精度。

This numerical control system is to satisfy the request of the electron beam cladding technology equipment processing, but develops a set of specially numerical control system. The system depends on IPC , motion control card transmission numerical control instruction, completes to control of AC servo system; and realizes the video frequency monitoring using the industry camera, causes in the vacuum chamber the visualization, saving the process time, improve the working accuracy.
