摘要
介绍了国家财政部、住房和城乡建设部可再生能源建筑应用示范工程—广西发展大厦东楼地源热泵空调热水冷热联供系统在土壤换热器、空调热水系统等方面的优化设计;经分析表明,土壤换热器以热负荷为设计依据并设计为套管式换热器能极大地减少换热器占地面积,从而有效利用土地资源;空调热水机组系统设计为空调热水冷热联供方式和地源热泵与冷却塔耦合制冷方式,能较大降低投资和运行成本并且有效保持系统周围土壤的热平衡。
The paper describes Optimal design of Guangxi Development Building east Building Air-conditioning and Hot-water Coohng - Heating Combined Ground Source Heat Pump System Which is the construction of renewable energy demonstration project of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Construction on Ground heat exchangers and Air-conditioning and Hot-water system. The analysis showed that coaxial pipe heat exchanger designed base on the heating load can greatly reduce the occupied area of the heat exchanger so as to can effectively use land resources. The analysis also showed that the Air-conditioning and Hot-water Cooling - Heating Combined Ground Source Heat Pump System and the soft heat exchanger-coohng tower coupled air-conditioning system can reduce the system's initial investment and maintain the soil heat balance around the system.
