摘要
应用振动测量和试验分析研究并结合有限元的方法,对某发动机发电机支架-托架系统进行道路试验时出现的发电机支架断裂的故障进行分析,研究振动的发生和破坏的机理,并在此基础上,提出了行之有效的改进措施和控制方案。
To analyze the bracket failure which was observed on mini van reliability test by using methods of vibrationt and FEA Studying on root causes for vibration and failure, and then have a upgrading solution to improve the bracket system and meet reliabihty target.
