摘要
对桥壳体(材料ZG35)与轮边支承轴(材料40Cr)进行了常规性的焊接工艺试验,以此为根据,对材料的焊接性(主要是接头的裂纹和过热区的脆化)做了分析,最后制定出保证焊缝质量并适合于产品批量生产的焊接工艺。
We did an experiment in regular welding process to drive hull (ZG35) and drive end bearing (40Cr). on the basis of tests, We superficially analyzed the metallic welding performance (welding crack, brittleness).finally, We constituted the welding process that guarantees a weld joint and fits. produetivity.
