介绍了上汽通用五菱发动机工厂缸盖线试漏机的工作原理和步骤,分析了缸盖试漏机在压装油道密封钢球时暴露出的料膛设计不合理导致的钢球漏压和重复压装等问题,在压装料膛机械结构方面进行了重新设计,并针对相关问题提出了妥善的解决方案。
Introduce the work process of SGMW engine plant head line leak test machine, analysis the miss press issue and repress issue caused by bad oil gallery seal steel ball conveyor design of head line leak test machine, redesign the oil gallery seal steel ball conveyor mechanic apparatus, and give solutions for relative issues.
