摘要 针对4M22-154/162二氧化碳压缩机四级气阀频繁出现阀座开裂、连接螺栓断裂及四级排气温度偏高的问题,对气阀进行了改造,把四级气阀结构型式由闭式改为开式,提高阀座与连接螺栓强度,改进气阀流道,增大气阀有效通流面积,试验表明改造后的四级气阀具有良好的经济性与可靠性。 The split of valve seats and the fracture of connecting bolts occurred frequently in the operation of forth-stage valves for 4M22-154/162 type CO2 Compressor. Simultaneously, the exhaust temperature is higher. In view of these problems, the valves are retrofitted. The forth-stage valves' construction is changed from closed type to open type. The strength of the valve seats and the connecting bolts is improved. The flow channels of the valves are changed in order to increase the effective flow area. The test results show that the forth-stage valves after retrofitted have the good economy and reliability.
