摘要
财政支出效率分为财政支出的规模效率和财政支出的结构效率,其中,财政支出的结构效率与财政支出的公平是统一的。我国财政支出规模效率和结构效率都存在效率低下的现象,本文有针对性地提出了提高我国财政支出效率的对策与建议。
The efficiency of China＇ s fiscal expenditure can be divided into two layers, that is, the efficiency in scale and the efficiency in structure ,and the latter is always consistent with the equity of the fiscal expenditure. As China achieves lower efficiency in the scale and structure of its fiscal expenditure ,some relevant suggestions are put forward to improve its efficiency in this regard.
