摘要
通过对11家民营企业559名员工进行调查,采用SPSS13.O进行统计分析,发现民营企业员工组织承诺整体水平一般,理想承诺水平显著高于情感承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺及机会承诺几个因素的水平;不同性别的民营企业员工在组织承诺各因素及总体上不存在显著性差异;年龄与组织承诺正相关;个人受教育程度与组织承诺负相关;不同婚姻状况的民营企业员工在情感承诺、经济承诺、规范承诺及总体组织承诺上差异显著,已婚者显著高于未婚者;个人职位与组织承诺正相关。在实证研究的基础上,探讨了其对我国民营企业人力资源管理的启示。
With the organizational commitment questionnaire, the influential factors on organizational commitment were surveyed. The sample included 559 employees who come from 11 private enterprises. All the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0. The results of the research show that the level of private enterprise employees' organizational commitment is moderate, that the level of ideal commitment is much higher than affeetive commitment, normative commitment, economic commitment and choice commitment, that there is no correlation between gender and organizational commitment, that there is a positive correlation between age and organizational commitment, that there a is negative correlation between education and organizational commitment, that the level of affective commitment, economic commitment, normative commitment and organizational commitment between the married and the not-married has a striking dissimilarity, and that there is a positive correlation between position and organizational commitment. According to the empirical research, some suggestions are given to the private enterprise' HR management.
