摘要
目的:观察狗牙髓直接封蟾毒后牙髓内降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性(简称CGRP-IR)神经纤维的动态变化。方法:采用冰冻切片和免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)。结果:封药1h,蟾毒组及可卡因组其牙髓内CGRP-IR神经纤维在形态、染色及数量上无显著差别;封药4h,蟾毒组牙髓内CGRP-IR神经纤维明显断裂、数量减少、染色变浅,而可卡因组则无明显变化。
Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of CGRP IR nerve fibers in dog dental pulp after treatment with direct dressing of toadpoison paste.Methods:Dental pulps of 21 teeth of a dog were exposed to toadpoison,cocaine and normal saline (7 in each group) respectively.The teeth were sectioned on a freezing microtome 1,2 and 4 h after the treatment respectively,then examined immunocytochemically.Results:1 h after dressing,no obvious difference was observed in the CGRP IR number and morphology between toadpoison and cocaine treated groups.4 h after dressing split,reduction of number,fade of staining of the CGRP IR nerve fibers were found in the dental pulps in the toadpoison group.But there were no obvious changes in cocaine group.Conclusion:Toadpoison,with the effect of rapidly paralyzing dental pulp,can be used as a neurotoxic agent.
