摘要
目的:探讨种植体骨结合过程中骨锌的分布情况。方法:应用家兔胫骨近端植入钛种植体的动物模型,于术后1、2、4、8、12周,光镜观察种植体骨界面的组织学变化;原子吸收光谱仪测定种植体周围1mm内的骨锌含量。结果:机体调节锌的重新分布,需4周时间。术后1周~2周,种植区骨锌含量显著低于对照组,不能满足骨损伤区修复时骨代谢旺盛对锌的需求量。结论:种植体术后早期需要补充锌。
Objective:To investigate the changes of zinc concentration in the bone around implant during osseointegration.Method:Titanium implants were implanted into the proximal part of tibia in rabbits.The bone samples around the implants were examined with light microscope and the zinc concentrations in the bone 1 mm around the implants were measured with atom absorption spectrophotometry at 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks after operation respecyively.Result:The zinc concentrations of the control and tested samples 1 wk after operation were 193.19±19.4 and 128.34 ±20.09 ( P <0.01) respectively,thoes 2 wks 196.82±11.01 and 153.54±15.71 ( P <0.01), thoes 4 wks 199.41±15.33 and 224.73±11.86 ( P <0.05); 8 wks and 12 wks no significant difference was found between the concentrations of the two groups.Conclusion:Zinc level around the implants is lower during the first 2 weeks after operation and reaches to that of the normal bone tissue in 4 weeks.
