国产封堵器经导管封堵治疗先天性心脏病21例

The effect of Chinese occluders in treatment of 21 congenital cardiopathy cases

目的评价应用国产封堵器经导管治疗先天性心脏病房间隔缺损(ASD)及动脉导管未闭(PDA)的疗效和安全性。方法 21例患者经心脏彩超证实为先天性心脏病,其中继发孔型ASD 13例,PDA 8例,均采用国产封堵器进行封堵。结果 21例患者均封堵成功,术后心脏缩小,心功能改善,3例ASD有少量残余分流,1个月后复查已无分流。定期随访无严重并发症产生。结论在严格选择适应证和熟练操作技巧的条件下,先天性心脏病介入封堵术是一种创伤小,并发症少、安全、疗效可靠的治疗方法。国产封堵器价格适中,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect and safety in treatment of （ Atrial septal defect） ASD and （ Patent ductus arteriosus） PDA using Chinese occluders. Methods 21 congenital cardiopathy patients confirmed by ultrasound examination, second ASD 13 cases and PDA 8 cases, all management with Chinese occluders. Results It was successful in 21 patients, the heart size were decreased after operation, heart fimction ameliorated, 3 cases remaind some split stream, but all ameliorated one month, all patients were follow up and no severity side effect. Conclusion Interventional therapy of congenital cardiopathy is a small hurt, safe, effective and reliable technique by two rule： select strictly and proficiency skill. Chinese occluders is cheap and effective, worth to generalization in clinical practice.
