血脂康对系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者血脂及甲皱微循环的影响

目的观察血脂康对系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者血脂及甲皱微循环的影响。方法将60例系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者随机分为两组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组(30例)加服血脂康治疗,对照组(30例)加服氟伐他汀治疗。连续用药8周后,观察治疗前后血脂、甲皱微循环观察指标的变化情况。结果在调节血脂方面,两组均具有明显降低TC、LDL-C及改善HDL-C的作用,治疗前后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但在降低TG上,血脂康组治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05);在改善甲皱微循环方面,两组对管袢流态、袢周状态均有明显的改善作用(P<0.05),在改善袢周状态方面,血脂康组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血脂康对降低血脂疗效确切,并有改善甲皱微循环的作用。

Objective To observate the effect of Xue-zhi-kang on blood lipids and nailfold microcirculation in systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods In this randomized trial,60 patients,who were diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus and hyperlipidemia,were divided into two groups：Xuezhikang capsule-treated group having 30 patients and fluvastatin-treated group as a control with 30 patients.At the end of 8 weeks＇ treatment,levels of blood lipids and nailfold microcirculation were observed. Results The two group could remarkably decrease the level of TC,LDL-C and increase the level of HDL-C in serum（P〈0.05）, but TG-lowering effect of Xuezhikang group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The flow state in the loop and periloop state in two group was improved remarkably （P〈0.05）, but periloop state lowering effect of Xuezhikang group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuezhikang is an effective and safe drug in treating blood lipid,and has the function for improving nailfold microcirculation.
