阿魏酸钠单层渗透泵控释片的研制

目的制备阿魏酸钠单层渗透泵控释片。方法采用相似因子法考察影响药物释放速率的因素,并考察了其释药机理。结果制备了阿魏酸钠单层渗透泵控释片,氯化钠用量、MCC用量、衣膜中增塑剂用量及包衣增重等对释药影响显著。结论阿魏酸钠单层渗透泵控释片工艺稳定,呈明显的零级释药特征。

Objective To prepare the sodium ferulate single-layer osmotic pump controlled release tablets. Methods The influencing factors on the drug release were investigated by use of similarity factor method. Results The sodium ferulate single-layer osmotic pump controlled release tablets were prepared, and the amout of the osmotic pressure promoting agent, MCC, the plasticizer and the coating gain up had significant effect on the release rate of sodium ferulate osmotic pump tablet. Conclusion The drug release of sodium ferulate single-layer osmotic pump controlled release tablets is stable and had obvious characteristic of zero release.
