170例甲状腺机能亢进患者的心电图解析

目的探讨甲状腺机能亢进患者的心电图表现。方法对170例甲亢患者心电图资料进行分析,同时以170例性别年龄匹配的健康体检者作为正常对照。结果甲亢患者心电图异常改变152例(89.41%),正常对照组心电图异常改变为32例(18.82%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。甲亢患者心电图改变以窦性心动过速、ST-T改变、房颤为主。结论甲亢患者心电图异常发生率较高,多表现为窦性心动过速、ST-T改变、房颤。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperthyroidism and electrocardiographic（ECG） abnormality. Methods 170 patients with hyperthyroidism were analyzed by ECG, and seclcted 170 healthy people as control. Results 152 cases with hyperthyroidism had abnormal ECG. The most frequent abnormality was sinus tachycardia, SFT abnormal changes. There were 32 cases with abnormal EcG in control group. The incidence of abnormal in patients with hyperthyroidism was higher than normal control （89.41%VS 18.82%, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The patients with hyperthyroidism had high rates of abnormal ECG, the most frequent abnormality was sinus tachycardia, ST-T abnormal changes.
