摘要
目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合丁咯地尔治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的治疗效果。方法用奥扎格雷钠联合丁咯地尔治疗40例,另40例接受单纯丁咯地尔治疗。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.5%和70.0%(P≤0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合丁咯地尔是一种治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的有效方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ozagrel combined with buflomedil in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI）. Methods Among the 80 VBI patients, 40 were treated by ozagrel and buflomedil, the others were treated by buflomedil only. Results A improvement of overall efficacy was seen in ozagrel and buflomedil group compared with buflomedil group （92.5% vs 70.0%. P ≤ 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of ozagrel and buflomedil was proved to be effective than buflomedil in the treatment of VBI
