浅谈麦洛维大坝级配料的开采爆破试验

Excavation and Blasting Test on Grading Materials for Merowe Dam Placement

麦洛维大坝工程为面板堆石坝,大坝填筑需开采大量的3A、3B及3C料。项目部所请的德国爆破专家声称"在CC-MD绝对不可能仅通过爆破的手段取得合格的3A料",要求采用筛分的手段获取3A料,但这样做成本极高。经过项目部开展科技攻关,最后仅通过爆破的手段即取得了合格的3A、3B及3C料,为项目部节约了一大笔资金。

Merowe dam is a concrete faced rockfill dam . Considerable 3A, 3B and 3C filling materials need to be excavated for dam placement . The German blasting expert invited by the project department believed that qualified 3A filling material absolutely can’t be gained by means of blasting only in CCMD and required to obtain 3A filling material by sieving. However , these measures will be carried out with high cost . Therefore , the key problem was solved by the project department . Finally, the qualified 3A, 3B and 3C filling materials were obtained by blasting only and large sum of funds are saved by the project department.
