摘要
采用先降解后固相接枝技术,以马来酸酐(MAH)为单体,在自制的搅拌反应器中制备了马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯接枝物(PP-g-MAH),并对其结构进行了表征与分析,研究了接枝反应时间、接枝反应温度、引发剂质量分数和单体质量分数对接枝率的影响。结果表明,接枝反应温度为120℃、引发剂质量分数为4%、单体质量分数为14%、接枝反应时间为2.5h时,可得到接枝率为2.85%的PP-g-MAH。
PP-g-MAH was prepared in a solid phase reactor with the technology involving initially degrading polypropylene(PP) and then grafting the resultant with maleic anhydride (MAH). The PP-g-MAH was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The effects of grafting reaction time, grafting reaction temperature, initiator mass fraction and MAH mass fraction on grafting rate were studied. The results showed that the grafting rate of 2.85 % could he reached under the conditions as follows.grafting reaction time 2.5 h, grafting reaction temperature 120℃ ,initiator mass fraction was 4% and MAH mass fraction was 14%.
