摘要
在强酸条件下,对间苯二甲酸(IPA)进行硝化反应,得到中间体5-硝基间苯二甲酸(5-NIPA),然后在酸催化下进行酯化,得到目标产物5-硝基-1,3-间苯二甲酸二甲酯(5-NIPADME),总收率大于90%。
5-Nitroisophthalic acid dimethyl ester(5-NIPADME) was synthesized by esterification of 5-nitroisophthalic acid (5-NIPA),which was obtained from nitration of isophthalic acid (IPA) with nitric acid. The total yield of 5-NIPADME was more than 90%.
