摘要
介绍了自行研制开发的新型立式撞击流反应器破碎酵母菌的方法,并研究了转速、撞击时间和介质用量等因素对酵母菌破碎率的影响。结果表明,采用立式撞击流反应器破碎酵母菌,在转速为1200r.min-1、撞击时间为7h、介质(细沙)用量为200g时,破碎率可达到75.8%。该方法可望在细胞水力破碎方面获得极有价值的应用,也有利于进一步扩展和深化液体连续相撞击流理论。
In this paper,a self-made vertical-type impinging stream reactor was used for breaking microzymes.The effects of rotating rate,impinging time and amount of media on the breaking rate were investigated.The results showed that,for the rotating rate of 1200 r·min^-1,the impinging time of 7 h,and the sand amount of 200 g,the breaking rate could reach 75.8%.This technique had a great potential in hydraulic breaking of cells,and might also improve the theory of liquid-continuous phase impinging streams.
