摘要
以麦秸纤维素为主要原料,经机械法粉碎后,室温下分别采用氢氧化钠、硫酸/丙酮、氢氧化钠/过氧化氢、氢氧化钠/过氧乙酸、氢氧化钠/乙醇溶液对其进行预处理,然后按固液比1∶50加入纤维素酶液,在一定pH值、温度、时间等条件下进行酶解,通过检测酶解液中还原糖产率来评价化学法预处理麦秸纤维素的效果。结果表明,采用氢氧化钠/过氧化氢溶液预处理麦秸纤维素的效果要略优于其它预处理溶液。
With the wheat straw cellulose as the main raw material, it was pretreated using sodium hydroxide, sulfuric aeid/acetone, sodium hydroxide/hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide / peroxide acetic acid, and sodium hydroxide/ethanol at room temperature, respectively. And then the zymohydrolysis reaction was conducted under a certain pH value, temperature, and time,when the eellulase was added according to the solidliquid ratio of t : 50. The pretreatment effects of wheat straw cellulose with chemical methods were evaluated by analyzing the productivity of reducing sugar in zymohydrolysis solution. The results showed that the pretreatment effect by sodium hydroxide/hydrogen peroxide was better than those by other pretreatment solutions.
