摘要
以湖南某农药企业污染赔付事件为例,分析了推广环境污染责任险中存在的问题,提出了应强制推行环境污染责任险的建议。
By taking pollution compensation case of a certain pesticide enterprise in Hunan province as an example, the paper analyzes the existing problems in popularizing responsible insurance of environmental pollution and puts forward the proposals which would be enforced in pushing responsible insurance of environmental pollution.
