摘要
讨论无巷道堆垛机自动化立体仓库的结构与控制系统。该自动化立体仓库由单层货位可移动式动力货架进行组合,能适应现有仓库的自动化改造,具有较强的应用灵活性。其现场控制单元由上位机管理下的工控机进行控制,现场控制总线采用CAN-BUS总线,通过CAN/485接口将各现场工作单元进行联接,由上位机进行统一管理。
This article explores the structure and control system of automatic warehouse for non-roadway stackers. This type of RS can be combined with single-rack mobile shelves, which is able to adapt to the automatic transformation of existing warehouse and has a strong flexibility in application. By using CAN-BUS, its on-site control unit is regulated by the host computer under the management of industrial computer control, through the field work CAN/485 interface connected to every unit to realize a unified management.
