摘要
用改良DBL法,设3次重复,测定了17份水稻资源的赖氨酸含量。结果表明,水稻资源间的赖氨酸含量存在极显著差异,其中来自江苏省农业科学院保存的地方品种"吹勿倒"的赖氨酸含量达到0.601%,极显著地高于其他材料,是引种材料"合系15"的2.6倍。就该高赖氨酸材料利用提出了一些设想。
The lysine contents of 17 rice varieties are measured by improved DBL method. The results show that lysine contents of rice varieties have significant differences. Lysine content of ＂Cuiwudao＂, a local rice variety, conserved in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is significantly higher than that of other varieties. Tentative plans for utilizing high- lysine- content rice resource is put forward.
