摘要
目的建立苦芪甘颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用蒸发光散射检测法测定苦芪甘颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱条件为Phenom silC18(5μm,250×4.6 mm)柱,以乙腈-水(30:70)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果此方法线性良好,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为2.8%。结论本方法精密度高,分离度良好,可用于测定苦芪甘颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。
Objective To determine astragaloside IV in Kuqigan granules by I-IPLC - ELSD. Method HPLC - ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside IV in the sample. The separation was performed on discovery Cl8 column (5μm, 250 × 4. 6 mm) with a mixture of acetonitrile - water ( 30 : 70) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 41℃, and the flow rate of N2 was 3. 3 bars. Results The standard curve was linear at the range of 1. 460 μg 7. 300 μg for astragaloside IV ( r = 0.9 996, n = 5). The average recovery was 99. 1% and RSD was 2. 8%. Conclusions The method is simple, reliable, and it is a good method to determinate astragaloside IV.
