Treatment of Humeral Condylar Fracture for the Elderly by the Triceps into the Way Pairs of Tongue-shaped Flap Plate

目的探讨经肱三头肌舌形瓣入路双钢板治疗老年肱骨髁间骨折方式及意义。方法采用经肱三头肌舌形瓣入路双钢板治疗老年肱骨髁间骨折,术后通过Jupiter肘关节评分系统进行随访。结果优8例,良8例,可3例,差2例。优良率76.19%,总体疗效满意。结论该方法对老年人肘关节功能的重建具有积极意义,是一种有效的术式。

Objective To evaluate the methods and implications of the treatment of humeral condylar fracture for the elderly by the triceps into the way pairs of tongue - shaped flap plate. Methods By Adopting the triceps into the way pairs of tongue - shaped flap plate for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture of the elderly and making followed examination after the operation by the Jupiter scoring system. Results There are excellent effects in 8 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases. Excellent rate are 76. 19 %, the overall effect of treatment is satisfactory. Conclusions This method has a positive effect on the reconstruction of elbow function for the elderly, which is an effective surgery.
