摘要
运用面板数据随机前沿分析法,对我国31个省市自治区的R&D资源配置效率及其影响因素进行了分析。结果显示,我国东部沿海、东北、中、西部四大地区R&D资源配置效率呈现明显的"阶梯递减"现象;R&D资本存量要素产出弹性,远大于R&D人力资源要素产出弹性;国际贸易强度、地方政府对科技活动的支持力度等外生性因素,都对R&D资源配置效率具有显著的正向促进作用。
Based on the model of Stochastic Frontier Approach of panel data, this paper investigates the allocation efficiency of R&D resources and the determinants of 31 provinces in China. The experiential result shows that : the allocation efficiency of R&D resources of east, northeast, central and west regions is degressive ; the output elasticity of R&D capital stock is larger than that of R&D human resources; the intensity of international trade and the support of local government on the science and technology have remarkable positive promoting function on the allocation efficiency of R&D resources.
