我国信息产业制造业集聚效应与区域根植性——基于省际面板数据的研究

The Convergences and Local Embeddedness of China's Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry——A Study Based on Provincial Panel Data

利用2002年以来我国电子信息产业制造业省际面板数据,通过研究电子信息制造业的区域集聚效应,探讨了我国省际水平电子信息产业制造业的区域根植性。结果发现,在省际水平上,我国电子信息产业制造业具有较强的内部规模经济效应与雅各布斯外部性,直觉上应当在高技术产业中表现较为显著的马歇尔外部性与相关产业集聚效应并不显著,表明从省际水平看我国电子信息产业还没有形成集群的协作优势,进一步的产业结构研究显示,我国电子信息制造业受国际产业布局影响大,产业价值链缺乏区域根植性是导致我国电子信息产业制造业当前集聚效应特征的重要原因。

Based on panel data of China＇s provincial electronic information manufacturing industry since 2002, this paper analyzes the local embeddness of electronic information manufacturing with the view of local convergences, it finds out that at the provincial level, there are strong scale economies and Jacobs externalities, however, there are Marshallian externalities and relatives industries convergence externalities which should be strong in high technology industries, that is to say, there are no economic advantages in China＇s electronic information manufacturing industry agglomeration provincially, farther analysis in industry structure reveals that China＇s electronic information industry mainly is controlled by FDI and strongly influenced by global market, low local embeddedness is the main reason of industry structure appearance.
