成年小鼠胸腺内神经肽免疫组织化学研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨成年BALB/c鼠胸腺内血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)、5羟色胺(5HT)、生长抑素(SOM)以及神经肽Y(NPY)免疫反应性的分布及与T细胞发育的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法在组织原位显示胸腺内的神经肽。结果:各神经肽的免疫反应性主要位于髓质,均可见到阳性神经纤维,并与胸腺细胞密切接触。除SP外,其它神经肽在皮、髓质交界区的血管平滑肌上均有表达。这些神经肽也都与肥大细胞密切相关。结论:VIP、SP、5HT、SOM及NPY可能参与成熟T细胞的功能调节。VIP、5HT、SOM、NPY可能有控制T细胞迁移的功能。 Objective: To investigate the distributions of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) ,substance P(SP) , serotonin(5 HT) ,somatostatin(SOM) ,and neuropeptide Y(NPY) like immunoreactivity in the thymus of adult BALB/c mice and their relations to the development of T lymphocytes. Methods: The immunohistochemical method was used to show the neuropeptide expressions in situ . Results: Those neuropeptide immunoreactivities were mainly located in the medulla. The immunoreactive nerve fibers for every peptide were seen, and all of them contacted closely with the thymocytes. The smooth muscle cells of the blood vessels located in the medulla or corticomedullary junctions were showed immunoreactivities for all neuropeptides except SP. All of neuropeptides were also associated with the mast cells. Conclusion: The above neuropeptides may participate in modulating the functions of mature T cells.VIP、5 HT、 SOM、 and NPY could have the functions to control the migration of T cells.
