黑龙江省作为国家的农业大省、国家重要商品粮基地和东北亚地区的中心,拥有着相当庞大的农产品市场,加快发展农产品物流具有突出的现实意义。通过对黑龙江省发展农产品物流的SWOT分析可以发现,为加快发展黑龙江省农产品物流,今后应采取不断提升发展农产品物流重要性的认识、大力发展第三方物流、强化政府调控和服务职能、加强农产品物流基础设施建设、加快农产品物流管理人才的培养以及完善农产品物流信息化建设等措施。

As the major agricultural province, the important marketable grain base and the center of Northeast Asia, Heilongjiang province has a very large market for agricultural products, so it is practically important to accelerate the agricultural products circulation. After SWOT analysis of developing the agricuhural products circulation in Heilongjiang province, we found that in order to promote the agricultural products circulation in Heilongiiang province, some measures must be taken, such as upgrading the awareness of developing the agricultural products circulation, developing third-party circulation, strengthening the government functions of regulation and service, accelerating the infrastructure of agricultural products circulation, speeding up the training of agricultural products circulation managers, and perfecting the information construction of agricultural products circulation.
