摘要
文章重点介绍了美国博士后科研训练体系,并分析了这一科研训练体系的具体做法,如做博士后与就业紧密挂钩,用人单位帮助国家筛选优秀人才,企业界加大接收博士后的比例等。在结合我国实际情况的基础上,阐述了该体系对我国在改革人才招聘制度、提高科研管理水平等方面的借鉴作用和启示。
Postdoctoral training and research system in USA was introduced in the paper. Specific methods in this system were analyzed, such as employment is linked up with postdoctoral course, research units aid nation for selecting excellent personnel, and enterprises enlarge their proportion of postdoctoral personnel. Based on actual situation of our country, what can we learn from this system was explored in the reform of personnel employment and for boost of level of management of scientific research.
