复合营养补充剂对小鼠的抗疲劳作用 被引量:2

ANTI-FATIGUE EFFECT OF COMPOUND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT ON MICE

摘要 目的研究复合营养补充剂(由蜂花粉、人参皂苷、B族维生素组成)的抗疲劳作用,为抗疲劳功能食品的开发提供实验依据。方法用不同剂量的复合营养补充剂给小鼠灌胃10d,测定负重游泳力竭时间、游泳后24hMorris水迷宫逃避潜伏期、游泳后肝糖原和肌糖原含量,以及游泳后24h血清抗氧化能力。结果复合营养补充剂低、中、高剂量组及空白对照组的平均负重游泳力竭时间分别为(18.1±4.0)min、(28.7±6.9)min、(15.3±5.9)min、(10.1±1.8)min,各剂量组均明显长于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),中剂量组明显长于低、高剂量组(P<0.05);中剂量组逃避潜伏期为(22.6±14.0)s,明显短于空白对照组的(40.2±12.6)s,游泳后各剂量组的肝糖原和肌糖原含量均明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);中剂量组血清TAOC水平明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01)、血清MDA水平明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05),各剂量组血清抑制羟自由基能力明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复合营养补充剂具有抗疲劳作用,其机制可能与增加糖原储备和提高机体抗氧化能力有关。 Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effects of a compound consisting of pollen, ginsenoside and some B vitamins, so as to provide experimental basis for developing anti-fatigue functional food. Methods Male ICR mice were divided into a control group and 3 experimental groups (low-dose-compound group, medium-dose-compound group, and high-dose-compound group). Different concentrations of compound nutritional supplement( 1,10,100 mg/mL) were given to the experimental groups by intragastric injection of 0.5 mL qd for 10 d, and the control group with equal volume of distilled water. Results The loaded swimming test showed that the exhausted swimming time of 3 experimental groups [ ( 18109± 4.05) min, (28.69± 6.94) min, ( 15.29 ± 5.86) min respectively ] were longer than that of control group [ ( 10.6 ±1.85) min, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0, 01]. The Morris Water Maze test showed that the escape latency of medium dose group [ (22.57 ±13.95) s ] was significantly shorter than that of control group [ (40.19± 12.65 ) s, P 〈 0.05 ]. The contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in experimental groups were all siguificantly higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01). Moreover,the total antioxidant capacity(TAOC) and the capacity to inhibit hydroxy radical (· OH) were increased( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the level of MDA in serum was decreased( P 〈 0.05) in experimental groups. Conclusion The compound is able to improve exercise tolerance, and ability of learning and memory, which may be related to the increase in glycogen stores and the improvement of antioxidant ability.
