乳腺癌组织中增殖细胞的检测

THE DETECTION OF THE PROLIFERATING CELL IN BREAST CARCINOMA

目的：探讨乳腺癌组织中增殖细胞相关抗原的表达及其意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术检测增殖细胞核抗原（ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）和Ｋｉ６７抗原在６０例乳腺癌组织的表达。结果：（１）乳腺癌组织中ＰＣＮＡ和Ｋｉ６７的阳性率基本一致。（２）在非浸润癌、非特殊型浸润癌及特殊型浸润癌之间，ＰＣＮＡ和Ｋｉ６７的中至强阳性表达率有较大差别。（３）伴随ＰＣＮＡ和Ｋｉ６７染色阳性程度的增高，Ⅱ～Ⅲ级乳腺癌的百分率呈上升趋势。

Objective:To investigate the expression of two cell cycle related proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki67 in breast carcinoma. Methods: The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of PCNA and Ki67 in 60 cases of breast carcinoma. Results:(1)The positive rate of PCNA approximates to the rate of Ki67 in breast carcinoma. (2)The positive expression rates of PCNA and Ki67 varied evidently among non specific infiltrating carcinoma, specific infiltrating carcinoma and non infiltrating carcinoma. (3)With the rise in the degree of positive stain of PCNA and Ki67, the percentage of grade ⅡandⅢ breast carcinoma also rose. Conclusion: The degree of the expression of PCNA and Ki67 correlated with the types and grades of breast carcinoma.
