企业员工的主动精神:结构探索与验证

摘要 文章从主动精神的概念内涵出发,采用半结构化访谈、探索问卷因素分析与结构方程建模验证等方法来探讨主动精神在企业员工心目中的概念内涵。在研究一中,研究者针对357名被试者对问卷进行初测。结果显示,主动精神包含了改进建议、学习发展和克服障碍三个维度,问卷结果显示了良好的信度与效度。在研究二中,我们用255名被试者数据验证了研究一得到的结构。多重模型比较的实证性因素分析结果表明,三维模型能最好地拟合数据结果。 This paper starts from the definition of initial spirit, then explores the implication of initiative spirit in employee's mind by using the methods of semi-structural interview, exploration questionnaire factor analysis and structural equation modeling test. In the first study, a survey to 357 respondents is made. The result shows that the initiative spirit includes better suggestions, learning-development and overcoming barriers, which indicates high reliability and validity. In the second study, the structure concluded in the first study is validated by using the data about 255 respondents. The empirical factor analysis result based on the multi-model comparison shows that the three dimensional model can best fit data outcome.
