县乡财政是我国财政体制的基础环节,是国家财政体系的重要组成部分,直接关系到基层政权的巩固、"三农"问题的解决以及我国公共财政框架的构建。本文就目前我国县乡财政体制改革的紧迫性、必要性以及县乡财政体制运行中存在的问题进行了探讨,从而提出了改革和完善我国县乡财政体制的对策措施。
