摘要
杭州西郊某岩溶场地拟建物原设计采用2种基础方式:多层(6F)建筑采用浅基础,高层(11~18F)采用桩基础。通过对场地的重新勘探,在进一步查明场地工程地质条件的基础上,对场地不良地质作用(溶洞)及特殊性岩土(红粘土、次生红粘土)的不良特性及分布范围进行了研究,对桩基础和浅基础方案进行了综合分析,认为此类场地采用浅基础将存在安全隐患,建议采用桩基础方案。经专家论证、沉降计算和经济对比,最终确定运用安全、经济的桩基础方案,并按"一桩一孔"予以施工勘察。
A proposed building on a karstic site in western suburb, Hangzhou original design has two foundation schemes: muhistory (6 stories) building adopting shallow foundation, while high-rise (11-18 stories) building adopting pile foundation. Through site exploration anew, based on further investigation of site engineering geological condition, carried out researches on site harmful geological condition (karstie caves) and special rock and soil (red clay and secondary red clay) unhealthy characters. After comprehensive analysis of pile foundation and shallow foundation schemes, considered that shallow foundation to this kind of site exists potential safety hazards, thus pile foundation has advised. Through justification, settlement estimation and economic contrast by specialists, finally safe, economic pile foundation scheme has selected, and "one borehole for one pile" scheme in exploration and construction adopted.
